My cranks are 110mm but i'm not so familiar with the term "middle" chainring. I'm converting my compact to a Singlespeed crank.

yes, they'll work.
you might need different length chainring bolts.
"middle" is for triple setups and normally have ramps and pins which make it easier to shift gears on multispeed, but makes it easier to drop the chain for single speed.
not that the two you have listed have either of that.
