@Aka_ricerocket - DAMN
@Roadieonthetrac - Awesome bike!
@Carron - Thanks a lot! She's almost how I want her. Next up is a lighter wheelset, and a better/track crankset and I think I'll be "done". As we say in the car world, "You're never done modding your car." Looks like my addictive personality is translating to bikes as well.

Finally found a suitable replacement for the awful stock fork.(black Super Pista fork was hard to find) Threw the Aerospoke on there just to try it out but I'm kind of digging it. Other upgrades included Omniums, Cinelli bars, Nitto stem, SPDs and the saddle, of course.

Your cog is slipping.
Your Aerospoke is on backward.
The spokes are contoured in a way that puts their widest part facing forward (like an airplane wing) and the valve should trail closely behind the spoke with the decal when the wheel is spinning forward.

Those look like Mad Fiber wheels? Was it at all complicated getting a fixed belt cog on there?

Might as well right? Gonna commute to work today. High of 29°F and a low of 19°F. We got snow yesterday and while some of it has melted, the streets are not that great. Swapped out the Continental CityGlide tires to a Nokian Gazza Extreme 294 up front and a Schwalbe Nobby Nic on the back. The Nokian took me the better part of 45 minutes and one blown tube to get on there. I struggled like crazy with that. Rear was on in less than 5 minutes. I despise changing tubes/tires so this was good for me. The bike is a 2014 Specialized Crave (Carve) SL SS 29er. Carbon fork, mostly stock minus the bar, brakes, wheels which are Stan's Arch EX laced to black Chris King hubs, gearing which is a 34:13 currently. Still might swap back to a traditional bar/Shimano hydraulic brakes that I still have. It is a blast to ride but the reach for the brakes is a bit much.

It sure looks like it doesn't it? It is a 29er. Bad camera angle in the hallway of my apartment building. Will get a shot while I am riding today.
Thanks. I know you got one, we talked wheels remember? I wanted to go a little nuts with mine and make it an all purpose bike. I can trail ride it, commute, and deliver on it.

you need a special belt style chain whip to remove the belt gear off the freewheel. other than that you have to make sure the belt is centered on the freewheel with small spacer usually 1-2mm
