Are Vittoria Corsa Graphene 2.0 directional?

Are Vittoria Corsa Graphene 2.0 directional?
Hi! I just purchased some Vittoria Corsa Graphene 2.0 clincher folding tires.
The manual seems to be a generic instruction manual that comes with all of their Corsa tires whether they are tubular, folding clincher or TLR.
In the instructions they mention that the user should be careful of rotation direction of the wheel when installing the tire.
Nothing on the tires i have indicates the direction of rotation neither outside nor inside.
I found that for other of their Corsa models, the label should be on the drive side so that the tire rotates in the proper direction, but this model has labels on both sides!
I would guess that this model is not directional, but id like to be sure...
Does anyone know?

Do they have an arrow on the side wall? If not, it's unlikely to be directional. My vittoria rubino pro's are directional, they have the little arrow.

They're road slicks - they're not directional. The only functionality of directional indicators on road slicks is to keep people from contacting them to ask them if they're directional.

What happens if you put a directional tire on backwards, does it cause a singularity or something? Has anybody lived to tell?

hahaha! i think ill put the left side on the right side then!
and someone suggested on an other forum to reverse the rear tire to get better grip, might try that..

I read that if you have GP4000s, if you mount the front one backwards it's good for a poofteenth of a bee's dick of aero.

GP4000s. I mounted 28mm Schwalbe tires on a CR18 wheelset (about 22-23mm outside width) and put them on an 85 Mercian and they went in there fine. Put a pair of 28mm GP4000s on the same wheels, pumped them up to 75# and they swelled like a bratwurst in the microwave. Thought I was going to have to take them to the emergency room. In the back, the tire hit the underside of the brake. In the front, it hit the bottom of the fork crown so much the wheel woudn't even roll. Maybe if I'd mounted them backwards they would have fit. Measured them and they were out to 31mm. Free rubber.

In general, if the tire has any shapes or file tread, the pattern or chevron "points forward" in the direction of travel.
If they're slicks you'll know if you put them on incorrectly if you fire backwards when you go to take off.

I have the Corsa Control and regular Corsa 2.0 TLRs. The Control has a direction arrow near the PSI ratings, molded into the tread. The Corsa (to my confusion) does not. If my rear wheel blows into smithereens, I will update... assuming I live.

The new Bontrager R3's tread isn't directional, but the casing is.
There's some tech talk about it in their promo video. Free watts is the claim.
Maybe other tires have directional casings too.?

Huh! Come to think of it, why wouldn't a tyre casing embody a compromise between forward and reverse rolling resistance? Nice catch!

Seriously. I have never noticed the difference. A one tooth change in gear is a far bigger difference than the tire direction. I should go out on the same cog on both sides but it just isn't that important to me. Someone else will have to try it. (Report back it you do.)

apart from not getting the traction intended, you will experience more splash to the back on wet road as the tire will carry the water up rather than back.

The tread does not pump water like in the Goodyear commercial. If the tread does move around, the water just goes out any void in any direction.
Traction will be the same either way unless you’ve got shaped lugs on dirt or something.
