What should I do with this CBT Italia?

Does anyone know anything about the C.B.T. Italia Executive or have an opinion on them? I can’t find any info online.
I want to customize a steel road bike, but if these things are worth some money I wouldn’t want to ruin it. If they’re junk I also don’t want to waste my time. I guess I don’t know what to look for, so I’m just looking for help.

We need pics, good ones and plenty of them, especially drive side and details, good and bad. You will need 10 posts to put them on here. Go and say hi or comment on several others posts to get there.
