What settings do you input for a 26" 4" fat tire? The manual doesn't list any fat tire sizes.

Borrow a metric measuring tape and roll it out on the floor. Put a piece of masking tape on the side of the tire and mark the front edge. Start at the 100mm mark and push straight. Lean on the bar or deflate a bit to compensate. Subtract 100 from the finish number. I usually then deduct 6 or 7 mm to allow for wiggling down the road and weight on the tire.

I've never had luck using the measured wheel circumference when using Sigma computers. And I've had lots of Sigma BCs over the years. I've come to the conclusion that Sigma wheel size numbers have no bearing on any actual measurement. So I start with the closest number offered in the manual and check it on a route I am familiar with. I know it's 4.3 miles from my house to the state road, for instance. Also, the bike path near me has measured mile markers every half mile for 12 miles, so I can watch the miles accumulate and see how much/if it's off. An additional way to check is to verify your speed with a speedometer app on your phone
