Just sold this Raleigh Technium 420 today. Nothing extraordinary to comment but the build turned out great and I was pleasantly surprised with the ride quality.

I think one of the prettiest bonded frames were the first generation Specialized Allez Epic.
Here's my '91, more photos here
The second generation Epic, without Allez in the title, is pretty sharp looking too, and maybe a pound lighter thanks to shorter internal spuds and carbon fiber progress.

The full paint job sealed the joints against water and air, and makes the bike able to pass for very light steel.
There aren't any material decals on mine, and I think it was a reaction to having to sell lugged carbon against Trek's full carbon 5200 after '92!
These were built by Giant, and I think it's the same bike as the early Giant Cadex, but the shaped lugs really do make it look better.

The weight-weenied-out Vitus 979. Plastic Stronglight headset, Scott Superbrake on the back and Gran Compe NGC450b on the front, TopLine cranks, American Classic seatpost, Cinelli bars/stem with aftermarket alu hardware, Cyclone rear mech, Superbe front (both the lightest Suntour made), hollow-pin gold chain, Superbe brake levers, and a very stupid 18 spoke front wheel. The "T" flaked off of the passenger side, so I made an R to go in there instead, because I work with HIV in my lab. This is the only virus you can't catch!

LOOK KG86. Sadly, the bond at the seat tube/BB let go. I'm hoping to get it repaired and rebuild with a C-Record group I have stashed away at some point in the future. Makes a nice pair with my steel 753 LOOK in La Vie Claire livery.

This is probably one of the latest examples of a bonded frame, the Lemond Spine bikes. Mine is steel and C.F. This was built up as my light climbing beast but as of the test ride on my trade in De Rosa yesterday morning, this is excess. Listed locally because I don't need two triple setups. These frames must be fairly light as it weighs in at 18lbs 4 ozs as built in this picture. Very respectable for a triple setup running alloy wheels. I put way too much into this one too, LOL!
These also came in aluminum/C.F. and Titanium/C.F. configurations.

This is my 1993 Mongoose IBOC Comp. Full aluminum frame; main triangle is bonded while most of rear is welded. I had no idea it was bonded until I got most of the old rattle-can paint (from previous owner) off it and saw the joints.
