Cable Mount on front derailer and shifter

Hello everyone.

I'm installing new cables in my bike that I didn't use for a long time and completely forget how the cables fit correctly under the clamps. Derailer and the shifter. Tried numerous ways but not sure about this whole thing. Looked for a manual didn't find anything concrete.
Shifter cable mount:

Version 1: ibb.co/RgfMgS4
Version 2: ibb.co/0Vxsq12

Front Derailer cable mount:

Also there are these metal clamps that goes around the derailer and I have trouble figuring out the correct way. There is narrow and a wider side.

That's all. Quite noob questions I know. Hope somene can help.
Cheers

I realize you can't post pictures until you have 10 (?) posts but we'll probably need pictures to help.
