That's pretty fun. I was wondering how anyone managed to ride a bike up Mt. Whitney, then I read that he walked it. That's dedication. Mt Whitney is still on my bucket list of things to do.

There are three things that totally impressed me about that magazine:
1. It's a publication full of in depth stories about bicycling trips, not a glossy rag packed with advertisements and advertisements masquerading as stories.
2. Pushing a bike to the top of Mount Whitney!? I pushed myself to the top of Mount Whitney last year and that was no mean feat. It's not like there's a road or sidewalk that leads to the top.
3. 62 x 16!?
