If it was targeting sue-happy Specialized, this would be spectacular theatre.

Trek should respond simply with a statement like "Chuck You, Farley."

It's *always* a money grab. But this seems to have a bit of merit. Trek definitely pushed the boundary here.

This is extremely routine and mundane legal maneuvering and business that is *only* noteworthy because of the tangential connection to Chris Farley.
