My BMR is 1808.3 i bike 40-60 miles every weekend and i run 45 minutes 3 or so times a week and do core exercises or rock climb in between that, what factor should i multiply my BMR by?

Start by a review of "significant digits" in a math book.

Haha. He means that no equation is going to estimate your BMR within a precision of 1/10th of a Calorie, or even 10 Calories for that matter. Everyone is different. The Harris-Benedict equations are only meant to give a ballpark estimate, and the only way to find a more accurate estimate is through trial and error.

The factor you're looking for is probably around 1.55, but eat according to your weight loss/increase/maintenance goals and keep an eye on your weight while you do so to see how accurate that is. Then adjust accordingly.

I agree with El Julioso, the right factor for your activity level is probably 1.5-1.6, but remember it is a estimate, so if you don['t see results you may have to cut it back some.
