Spent four weeks in Hawaii (mostly The big Island) around christmas.
Now home to this, it takes a bit of getting used to.

The 2nd grade's annual whale watching trip as part of their life sciences study; from 2 weeks ago. Pics were taken by the mother of our son's classmate. (I regretfully forgot to put the battery in my wife's camera before she left for the boat. )
A lot of whales were sighted, but the Risso's dolphins stole the show:

some pics from last summers trip to the bay[visiting wifeys fam]. i couldnt do without a bike so i bought the 91 cdale while out there. met up with a friend and did a sausilito-downtown SF-sausilito tour. stopped at as many bike shops as possible. major bike porn compared to lbs here in toronto. shops seen here are american cyclery and citizen chain respectively. also, the other bike pictured is my friends ron cooper with full 9spd DA + tubs. sweet ride.
the only thing that sucked about the whole day was the stem on the cdale was too long and i had to angle the bars up slightly to be comfortable.

This is an awesome thread. It's neat seeing what y'all do when you're not doing bike stuff. Seems like lots of motorcycle people, which makes sense.
bigbossman is livin' the f*ckin' dream, evidently. Porsches, Cinellis, etc.
Also, prettyshady is either a foxy lady or has a foxy lady friend, I'm not sure if those are pictures of self or of someone else, but she's a cutie.

This cutie is my younger daughter. This is her high school senior picture. It was taken in the fall. She turned 18 last month.
She no longer has the nose ring, thank goodness.

Oh - and I have a beautiful wife and daughter that love me, and a dog that is as loyal and good as a man could wish for.
