Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Yeah, I can't get past the ads for her show. She's no comedic actress.

French Stewart is a comic genius with impeccable timing. He also possesses the depth and determination to tackle serious dramatic roles. His characterization is genuine and almost too real at times. I believe Daniel Day Lewis said, "Mr. Stewart toils at the craft of acting as Vulcan did at his stithy. He is an inspiration and a mentor.".

Why do they make his fixed gear sound like a freewheel in the trailer? Just saw the trailer at the cinema, was throwing me off.

Same reason that manual cars make the oddest noises in movies: to hit the viewer over the head with what it is. Apparently bikes have to make that noise.

And Philthy, I laughed so very hard at that.
