Rear brake fell apart on my ride today, looks like a loose nut caused it. I was on a deserted side road thankfully and recovered all the parts save for the washer noted below. Is it possible to find another one of these, or is it just not worth it? I’ve seen new assemblies for around $12 so I’m assuming that’s probably the better way to go?

Those brakes used to come equipped with a little washer that helped toe in the brake pad when the nut was tightened. IIRC, it wasn't actually necessary if you know how the brakes are supposed to be adjusted.

The thought did occur to swap one out from the front brake to the rear and either go washerless on one side of the front, or see if I had something in my box o'loose stuff that might fit the bill. I'm not much of a mechanic and my LBS is unfortunately closed right now, so figured asking around was worth the shot

No.
The arrow is pointing to where one of "you have 3 left" is missing.
A pic of ONE of those would be helpful. It might be recognizeabley "standard enough" that it would commonly be found in a used parts bin or junker bike.
Shimano also has tech docs with part names/numbers, but one must know the model# of the brake. BR-something.
