SOLD: RaceFace Cinch Bottom Bracket - New
I have a RaceFace BSA 30 threaded bottom bracket new in package. I ordered a rear derailleur and received this instead. The company wants me to pay shipping to return it. It can be yours for $50 and I'll pay to ship it to you!

The company sent you the wrong product, or you ordered the wrong product? If they sent you the wrong product, I would be fighting that shipping charge.

they sent me the wrong item. They don’t provide a mailing label for return shipping. They said they would credit me the shipping when they credit my return. I think it’s BS. They should pay to ship back since they sent me an item not even close to what I ordered. All I want is what I paid for the derailleur.
