Acorn bags restocking tomorrow
PSA - I am not affiliated in any way, just a fanboy.
"All our BLACK X-PAC bags will be restocked—in limited quantities—this Wednesday, July 29, at roughly 9am Pacific Time. (No waxed canvas bags in this batch.)"

Acorn bags are top notch, and they're not over priced. Real high quality, American made.

I picked up an x-pack handlebar bag the last time they were offered. It’s an awesome bag. Really, the perfect size for long days or overnighters.

Perhaps not their x-pac bags, but have you looked at the majority of their offerings? Besides, we like C&V bikes but accessories and consumables run the gamut.

Their new small seat bag is also really well done. Just the right size for the basics without the temptation to haul a lot of crap:

I've got a medium Rando on my Mk. I and their Wald 146 Basket Bag on my International. I suspect they'll outlive me. Good luck to those who will be trying tomorrow!

My favorite classic bag maker is from Vermont. He makes bags in many different materials. Peter Weigle commissioned him to make a special bag for him which is now an instant classic.

Don't you have some "army green" panniers on a bike of yours from Acorn? I don't see them on their website currently though, maybe they stopped making them? :-/

I have a few of their tool rolls, a compact rando bag or 2, and 2 of their front handlebar bags.

I’ve got one of the Boxy Rando Bags in Ranger Tan. It was a Christmas present from my wife- and I was STUNNED she got it.
That bag is one of my most prized cycling accoutrements.

And since this is turning into a "Show your Acorn" thread...
And for what it's worth, I absolutely love mine. I did make what I feel to be an improvement to mine by removing the plastic insert and putting in some aluminum bar stock as a stiffener a-la Norther Cycles. I used 1/8" aluminum for mine and it worked very well.

Made it out with an x-pac compact rando bag and they sold out in less than 5 minutes. Gotta love this Expedition that they feature for all of their bag modeling.

Ron from Acorn used to contribute to BF years back until he and his wife likely got very busy with bag making.
