Gilbert and the Monuments
I didn't think we'd ever see another racer win all five Monuments.
Gilbert now has all but M-SR... and he's been on the podium twice there.
He's probably got another couple years of opportunity, although he's 36 now and he went pro in 2003.
I'd like to see him join the ranks of the greatest legends of all time.
I can't find a statistic on the oldest cyclist to win a Monument... anyone know?
