Road Cycling“It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway
Yes, I do know I need to cut the steerer tube. Only thing I've changed on it is the saddle. Baby is getting some new shoes this spring. Retiring my current set of PSIMET aluminum clinchers and having them rebuilt.
Where is the Di2 battery hidden? Is it on the non-drive chainstay or in the seatpost?

Battery is in the seat post.
I've also added some Sprint shifters. Installation was easy, but rewrapping the bar tape takes some finesse. Cutting the hole for the Sprint shifter makes it pretty easy to tear the bar tape. I've also got the D-Fly ordered and it should be in sometime this month. I'll put it in the seat tube with the battery to protect it and keep it hidden. Garmin firmware is already updated, so I'm ready to have the battery life and gear selection available as display fields on my Edge. Wheels are rebuilt, still need to cut the steerer tube...
