1" headset bearings
Tech docs online show I need 5/32"x18 cartridge bearings for a Dura Ace 7410 headset. Any advice on where to buy? Or other advertised measurements for the same item?
I looked at ABI's webpage but didn't see this size listed, at least using this nomenclature.

Hmm... This- https://www.bikepro.com/products/head...road_hset.html makes it sound like it's a bearing made specifically for the headset, rather than a true "sealed cartridge bearing".

Try Bike Tools Etc. or Loose Screws to see if they have replacement bearings. Otherwise your LBS could order them from QBP or one of their other suppliers.
Replacement bearings are often priced so buying an entire new headset is more attractive.
