Fiamme green label
i think heavier than the red labels.
remove a locknut and should have date code

they are very useful to a Legnano owner.

My Seattle friend and I decided to wait until after the Christmas rush to ship the bike. In the meantime, they sent me photos prior to packing the bike. The anticipation is killing me.

I have some proper cable ends for the rear derailleur cable. Might even have an original stainless steel spiral Campy cable casing. The ends and or the casing is yours, if you need them. I am a Legnano lover and someday, a Roma will come my way.

The last thing that I have to install on my Legnano is an embossed Legnano headset. Been meaning to get to it for a couple of years now...

I received the bike on January 7th and, though several parts are incorrect, the bike is in amazing condition. There’s a bike on the Condorino site with a similar serial number that is virtually identical to this bike, gold lining, low seat tube striping and all. The site identifies it as a 1971-72 Roma Specialissima. The Nuovo Record rear derailleur is dated 1972 so that may be the year of manufacture.

I sold my 1959 Fiorelli with the stipulation that I’d give it a thorough refurbishment, so I’m chomping at the bit to start work on the Legnano. I’ll start a new thread to show more about it once I get started.
