I don't think it's a bad thing to link that as long as you point out the nsfw.
I can tell you when I was a ute they were not talking like that on the radio. Starland Vocal Band "Afternoon Delight" was about as risque as it got. Times have changed.

Put on some olde painting jeans I haven't worn in a couple years and there was a QR spring in the pocket.
Not as nice as a $20 bill.

You certainly want to ride without tape, to see if the levers are positioned correctly.

Plus, I don't like it when people post risqué pictures or videos on public forums in general, so even though it wasn't a TOS violation I'd be going against a personal guideline that I wish others would follow.

Eh, easier to moderate myself than to be put on a short leash involuntarily.

I may have mentioned these before, but I think I will again. Start out in your 53/11 from a dead stop, and pedal as hard as you can for one minute. It will peak in about 10-15 seconds, and then slowly grind down. I don't look at the clock until I count the cadence to 40 in my head, which makes it slightly more bearable. Rest/easy 2-4 minutes, then repeat. Do it 6 times. Then do the same, but only 30 seconds, 6 times, with 1-2 minutes rest. Then 15 seconds, 6 times, 1 minute rest. Make sure resistance is set so cadence doesn't go above 90.
You'll thank me later.

Not normal. Some chain breakers have replaceable pins.

You all would be surprised what you can do. There is no wrong way, as long as you give it your all.

You think that's nice, check this: We are having a departmental Zoon happy hour next Wednesday. Also invited are two former employees who are now consultants and a few other individuals outside our department who we work with often. Each participant has given four bottles of Domaine Carneros by Tattinger. Estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, a brut bubbly and a brut rose bubbly. It's going to be a very happy happy hour.

Costa Concordia, yes. This version is shorter (I think) than the original.
