pedal stack height list for SPD pedals?

To help make up for a leg length discrepancy (lower leg 1.25" difference) I'd like to go with a SPD pedal with a higher stack height on the shorter leg side (fyi I have other adjustments to help with the difference (seat slightly angled to longer leg side, 2 mm shim under cleat, cleat on short side slightly more towards toe, and insert in shoe)).

So, I'm just trying to get a little closer to 16 mm total (roughly 1/2 of the 1.25" discrepancy) Currently I'm running Shimano SPD M520s on both sides. The only stack height list I could find is the cyclecycleinfo one (sorry can't post link as I'm a newb), but that doesn't have SPD pedals. Speedplay SYZR looked great but currently they are out of production. One other potential option for a few mm's looks to be the Shimano M505's (sorry also can't post pic) as it has a bracket on top of the spindle. I'm just guessing as I can't find a list of specific list anywhere - would anyone be able to point me in the right direction? .

Thank you for your expertise!
