Which is better?

I have the opportunity of picking up either a Sekai 2000 upgraded with dura ace components or a Raleigh Team Technium 753 with Shimano 600. Both bikes are in good condition. Which one is better? Thanks

No question: the Raleigh. A Sekai 2000 has a hi-ten frame, and putting DA on one is a major waste of time and money. Talk about trying to make a silk purse out out of a sow's ear...

Thanks for the help. I will post pictures of the bike if I get it. I am suppose to go over Monday to look at it.
