Those rear dropouts look an old Gios Compact. What is that?

Seems to be a Gios Compact from the downtube. A nearly identical (but inboard) dropout system to this is used on the current Jump e-bikes, believe it or not.

That's exactly what it is. Or rather, a "Nuovo Gios Compact".

So... internet weirdness, searching for information about "Nuovo" version of compact and typical component set. I find one with the same ridiculous RD. NO WAY! Way...
In June of 2017, someone was looking for the value of a bike found in the basement of a newly purchased house near the Jersey shore. They sold it to the guy I bought it from. Boring, dead end...What it looked like 2 years ago...
