I wanted to post an experience I had with Pactimo recently with one of their bibs. In May I received a set of Summit Raptor 2.0 bibs. I noticed some small unraveling along one of the shoulder straps in a few places. Very small defects, but I decided to see if I could get them repaired. I only used them 3x. I called and spoke to a nice woman who asked a lot of questions, asked for a picture, which I supplied. I also brought up that I am not sure the chamois pad was the best fit for me. She suggested a different bib with a thinner pad. The whole conversation was very personable and positive. She immediately sent me a return authorization, and label to return the items. I will pick a different style bib and give that a try. Just a really good experience all the way around.


I just wanted to relay a positive experience with Pactimo, and I have several of their jerseys and bibs that have been perfect in every way.
