What Are You Going To Do After Pandemic?

I was talking with some folks about what are you going to do different after coronavirus.

We agreed that weíre going to do less putting things off, more experiencing stuff and bucket listing. Turns out we canít take our lives, health, livelihoods, loved ones for granted. Stupid not to already have known this, but there you are.

So, what is your thing youíre going to do after corona? C&V bike related, bike related, or other?

Keep mask on and wait for a second wave. When you've got COPD, you need patience.

Well, try to find a job, as the pandemic cost me mine. And plan a honeymoon for my wife, since I have waited and am now getting into deep trouble

Wait for an EroicaCA date, ride lots, and get a bike ready. Then, change my mind, get a different bike ready. All the other stuff will fit in there somewhere. My daughter will be able to visit from NY and I will be able to visit my folks in TX. I'll be able to neglect my hedge for a while. All this time off allows me to trim on a regular schedule and IT IS THICK.

I'm gonna be spending a lot of time saying "Told ya so" to people grieving the second wave after dismissing the first as fake.

I might even have that on my tombstone.

Hopefully more of the same. I've been enjoying the free time that comes with working from home (eliminating the commute). I fill that extra time with more riding, more time with my kids. And I save money this way too.
