how you all doin' from sunny miami
love this forum , i'm 47 rode for many years but had stopped .I rode my Bennoto which i still have in great condition its about 30 years old .I just started riding again in May of this year , i had bought a trek 1.2 but started upgrading it and decide to get an eddy merckx emx-3 , and i have to tell ya i am in love again . I have been riding an average of about 80 miles a week. I've lost 25 pounds since May and i feel awsome , i'm planning to ride some charity events this year , and just working on the base miles right now .
