i crashed and have the most sore butt in the world

what is it ..the whole right side feels like i been kicked by a horse..any tips besides ice and heat and advil..muscle ??? what happened ..blunt force trauma??tia..ps i can barely walk

Probably hurts because your butt hit the ground going really fast. How'd you fall?

head first into a ditch filled with soft grass doing 30 plus..must have hit the side wall of ditch after being airborne

massive blunt force trauma to the left maximus gluteas and frontal hip flexor..black and blue all over..both inside quads b and b lue from legs compressing frame.. i should be able to jog in a couple of days

It's probably less stress on your body if you cycled again instead of jogged...
