This just came up on my FB page from 2012. I don't know which is more embarrassing, the helmet or the fact that I've been on FB since at least 2012.
BTW, the pic was taken in 1984 and the bike is an all Campy (except the brake levers) Viner Stella Pro. Color is actually electric blue. Check out the Multito odometer on the front wheel which means those were training wheels and I've been told the pic was taken at a training crit in an industrial park.

All of the vegetarians on this thread grew up eating meat. In my case, it was clean, unadulterated, farm-fresh meat. I stopped eating meat while I was the head cook at a steak restaurant. And saw how it was treated in that venue. I doubt that I would ever go back, even if I knew it to be clean, though.

Fail. I returned to the house at 3am, freezing. My phone told me it was 58°A, but It was colder than that. I could see my breath.

I think you're close. The name was Pro-something or other.
Edit: Nope, it was made by Brancale of Italy. It does resemble Protec skateboard helmets, though.
I finally recognized the logo on the front and googled "vintage Brancale Sport helmets and found it under images of vintage Brancale helmets.

He was 100% right. These were Shimano SPD mtb pedals.

IKR.
Speaking of which, one of Fonzie's leather jackets is on display at the Smithsonian. I was surprised by how small it looked. Maybe wet leather undergoes shrinkage??

He was/is a small guy. I was remarking to my wife, yesterday, that at six feet, in this day and age, I still seem to be larger than the average bear.
