Continental Grand Prix 5000 $75.50 CAD on Amazon.ca
Hey this is a great deal for the new GP 5000 at $75.50 CAD on Canadian amazon site. Amazon.ca.
they change their prices quick so not sure how long it will last. If they ship to the USA, that would be a steal for you guys, around $56 usd. I just grabbed a set.

Lets start the new year with consumables...
Continental Race Light tubes - 42mm stem - $6.95.
https://www.backcountry.com/continental-race-light-tube
A bit more for longer stems.
None finer IMO.

Kit doesn't match
Tim, I appreciate your deal posts! That said, if you're willing to buy these in bulk and w/o packaging, you can pay about 1/2 that on eBay. One example:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Lot-Multi-P...e/332250798661
That's about $3.50 per tube if you buy 10 or 12, enough to toss a few to riding pals. Living in a land of thorns, I get too many damned flats. I patch them, but 5 or 10 at a time.

The tubes to which you linked are the regular Race tubes, not the Race Light version which weigh about 25 grams less.
I've also used the Conti Supersonic version which weigh less than latex, 52 grams by my scale, but had issues with flats.
The Race Light tubes seem to split the difference between durable but heavy butyl tubes and more delicate but lighter options. The Backcountry price is about as low as I've ever seen them.

Keep in mind that Continental tubes are extruded lengthwise. There is no circumferential seam which sometimes splits on other tubes, part of the reason why they are more expensive. I've been using Conti tubes for decades and have never had one fail apart from normal punctures. I've heard that Schwalbe are also good.
The one's in your link are >100 grams vs 75 or 80 or so for the Race Light.

Nashbar lite tubes going for $4.31 each with 20% site discount.. Though these are a whopping 83g -- unsure if this includes cap and stem nut.

They are not nearly as durable though, if you pinch them at all during installation they will leak.

If you want to go even lighter, the continental "supersonic" tubes are about 50g. I weighed them on my scale once, and they are roughly that weight, give or take a few grams.

Supersonics are light though. 52 grams by my scale. Might be good for race day.
For me, that would require new wheels.
