Training plans from Velocious/Tim Cusick?
Anyone have experience with the training plans from Velocious/Tim Cusick? Good. Bad. Are they responsive to emails?
I just joined training peaks and need structure. I'm looking for something which can be used with heart rate. I don't use nor have plans for a power meter or anything PC graphics/virtual such as Swift or Trainer Road.
The event is 11 weeks away.

I do not have experience with those plans, but I have used plans through Training Peaks itself. The one I did was power based, but I am pretty sure they can all be adapted to HR.
