The Training Bible question
In the training bible, when you do the E2 Aerobic exercise, he says stay in zones 1 and 2. Is he talking about hr zones or power meter zones?

Aren't zones independent of whether it's Power or HR? Zone 1 is Zone 1 the world around. Zone 3 is tempo regardless.
Zone 1 and 2 would be recovery and endurance.
