Yes it's Ontario public TV. We get blacked from much US programming too. Kenk was sketchy, I was looking in his shop at irregular intervals but I only once did I buy something from him (cheap pedals). Probably stolen but didn't know it at the time and you always felt dirty coming out of the store.

There is a lot on Google about Igor Kenk. What I got from it was he is a jerk who likes to hear himself talk.

Interesting film. He act very similar to a friend of mine who suffers from ADHD. He most certainly has some disorder of the mind.
