mudguards for Airnimal Chameleon?

mudguards for Airnimal Chameleon?
Has anyone succeeded in fitting full-length mudguards to a Chamleon? I already have Race-Blades fitted but these offer pretty poor protection for the BB and the rider. The bike is rarely folded so this is not an issue. I think that "P" clips for the front forks fixing will be needed but the fork crown fixing will be an issue given its narrowness and brake configuration. Any help will be very welcome.

Don't know of a source for them. 24" guards usually for children's bikes so tend to be tooo wide for the Chameleon eg 60mm width vs 23mm max tyre? I didn't think much of how the front raceblade fitted so didn't bother but still persevering with the rear on mine.
My solution to the front is a sealed BB and thin Northwave overshoes in the wet. Not ideal however there is plenty to love about the Chameleon imho.

^^^^^^ Yes, I had thought about this option but the front part of the guard is still exposed. I may have to end up being satisfied with this though.

You might get some aluminum and roll it into the curved shape
and have the struts fabricated to suit.

Can 26 inch plastic fenders be forced into shape for 24 inch wheels just by pulling them down with the struts? I haven`t tried it, but it wouldn`t surprise me. I`ve used a few sets of SKS fenders and found them to be pretty compliant, just not sure if they`re THAT compliant.
Otherwise, maybe a flat strip of semirigid plastic in conjunction with off-the-shelf fender stays from whatever brand rigged up in the style of those wooden strip fenders?

I suppose I should consider modding a pair of Salmon mudguards as they should be narrow enough. Not so easy to manipulate though as they are alu and quite thick.
