I have searched high and low for one and haven't seen any under $40.
I needed one to remove the plastic cap for Suntour sealed hub bearings. If that's what you want the tool for, a friend used the green Park Tool SPA-1 (straight tip - not one with curved tips). The SPA-1 worked beautifully.
