Out and About, one of our local landmarks, The Pier, downtown St Pete, New Years Eve. May be it's last as it is slated for demolition...very controversial, it needs many millions in structural repairs, and the replacement structure is....Lots of Millions.....and quite "Different"....this is a turnaround spot for short, 8 mile rides....

Nice shots! I'm sitting just a few blocks away from it right now
I hope the city decides to save it but it isn't looking good...

My most recent singing gig, on the Queen Mary. The woman on my left (your right) is my lovely wife.

Yes, of course. It docks in Brooklyn every year in December, and the quartet gets this gig as the new passengers arrive for a Christmastime cruise.

Hwy 2 east of Wenatchee? I grew up in the Palouse area and love the wide open spaces where you can see forever while riding.

Yup! Between Waterville and Coulee City. I've been using this route for years to get to the Sun lakes for some recreation, been going there since I could walk and I'm 55 now. I live in Bellingham.

Cool. Not sure if I've been on that exact stretch, but I've been to Seattle from Electric City before so I probably did. Pretty cool stretches of road out there. The number of dust devils we spotted were remarkable.

Went to a meeting of the Night Riders leadership (that's too strong of a word... the deciders?). I took a pic of George's dog, Iggy.

I post to a daily picture web site called Blipfoto. Iggy above was the last of the "pets" series I started out the new year with. The first four days were my own pets.

Ania

Sugar

Cookie

Winston

I've obviously played with the special effects on the dogs.
