New here question about bike shorts ?
Are there any good padded bicycle shorts that look like regular short ? I will be casual riding hybrid style bike.

Those would be mountain bilking shorts. I have a couple pair 3 years old still in the wrapper. Basically a spandex cycling short sewn into a regular short.
You can also buy padded undershorts (I have a couple pair of those too) to wear under your standard shorts (or street clothing), but these dedicated mountain biking shorts are made of a more resistant and breathable outer material.

I'm with KraneX. I wear padded undershorts under my cargo shorts when I'm riding my Hybrid any "real distances" otherwise I don't even bother with the pads.......

You could wear these: https://andiamounderwear.com/ under your regular running/gym shorts, so you could use any short you want. I use them as well as some members of a group I ride with. Not thickly padded, but enough for me (and I'm thin-not a lot of natural padding!)
