$200 for Peugeot with significant updates?

$200 for Peugeot with significant updates?
Looking into a Peugeot that has had the following new hardware installed: pedals, derailleur, crank, brake pads, cables, housing, chain, freewheel, cable levers, and handlebar tape. Not sure what specific model it is, but appears to be mid-80s, possibly Carbolite. Seller is asking $200. Does that seem like a fair price?

@himespau I haven’t tried it yet, hoping to do that today. It’s 54cm and I’m 5’10” so I’m worried it might be a tad on the smaller side, but I won’t know for sure until I see it in person.

Not a bad bike for what you want to use it for but that bike is worth around $100-$125. The seller is trying to recoup his/her costs for the new parts but that's a losing game (from the seller's point of view). I'd pass at this price.

I’m also looking at a 70s blue UO-8 which “has been completely reconditioned with all new consumables, the bottom bracket and wheel bearings have been overhauled. Nice all OEM equipment, nice French “knurled” rims.”
That one is going for $289 which based on what I’ve seen around here is also way more than it’s worth, I just don’t know what is fair for a totally reconditioned Peugeot in this area (I’m in Chicago btw). FWIW the blue UO-8 does seem in better shape than the burgundy one above.

I'd never pay that for bike with stem shifters, but I'm strongly biased against them.
More objectively, if you don't mind them it's a bit overpriced but would be a solid bike for the intended purpose.
