Some Muskego Crit Pics

Had some free time yesterday, so I stopped in to watch some racing at Muskego - took the camera with too. Was only there a bit in the afternoon, but fun stuff to watch.

Figured I'd share what I took - which wasn't much. (Camera was being stupid, I think something got wet that wasn't supposed to).

I covered Collegiate Nationals this weekend. Team time trial this morning. Props to Pradun for a fine job despite one of their riders needing a bike change.

Okay, so they finished in last place. Still ... when the winning time averaged 32mph over a rolling, narrow, twisty course like it was ...

Still can't find results from Muskego. I'm starting to think that if it doesn't make either cbr.com or Wilke's blog, it never happened.

I heard about Joel. Good for Tim.

I'd like to see how all my fellow Cat Fourons did... and what kind of turnout they had.

I'm still shivering from the race up there last year.

According to USAC, they have results for that race going back to 6/11/1950. Which year did you want?

I saw that. Good stuff.

No results on USAC, the Wisconsin cycling page, or the club page.

That's because I wasn't there. When I am downtown, they swarm me for some reason. So, if they want spare change and I am in the mood, they have to work for it, like this guy:

He busted so good rhymes and was an all around great dude, so we bought him dinner. He wanted an extra $0.50 so he could get a small bottle of vodka, we told him to hold on to his money, bought him a gallon of vodka instead and a 6-pack of Budweiser. Oh how I love Chicago!

1. The clouds went away.
2. The bums were laying in the field today.

Nothing to be afraid of. The vast majority are good people who are just lost in life right now. The ones to be afraid of are the ones who drive their benz or beamer to the city and act homeless for money
