Lots of horns on this funky tune, not sure if they are trumpets. Not soothing but it gets you moving.

Question for the medical guys:
Is it alright to do a pain-reliever tag team against my headache, alternating between ibu 600s and Tylenol to get me through the night. I already had two doses of ibu 600 earlier today, switching to Tylenol 500 before dinner and planning another before bedtime. Killer headache, not migraine, but really bad.

I don't think that we are giving examples that are @Velo Vol approved.

I woke up with a headache this a.m., but not like that one. Heart rate variability was way down too.

Tylenol is 100% safe for everyone as long as you don't exceed the dosage and frequency listed on the bottle. There are precious few medicines one can say that about.

It's some really weird condition I've had for years, usually once or twice a year at most. Usually just s few jabs of pain over an hour or so, and then it's gone for another year or so, never even requiring treatment. This episode here is non stop since Sunday evening and really intense and I've never had to take pain relievers like this before.

p.s. if it's not going away and it really is cluster headaches, you can break the cycle with Velo Vol prednisone. See your doctor if it's not resolving to discuss.
