Rear Wheel spinning issue...
I tried to search and google before posting, but I'm still confused....
If I hold my rear wheel in my hands, and hold the cassette fixed with my right hand, and spin the wheel, it doesn't spin as freely as I think it should.
I was at my LBS yesterday, because this wheel needed to be trued (which they did for free!). When they were done, I asked about the spinning, and the guy agreed that it didn't spin as well as it should.
He said I needed a new cassette.
I said ok, and went home - I happen to have a new cassette waiting to go on the wheel.
But, then I started thinking..., how can it be the cassette?
The wheel is a Mavic Kysrium Elite, and the cassette is a Shimano 105 10 speed.

^^^ What reptilezs said.
The cassette itself is just a stack of gears that attach to the freehub body so it is unlikely to be an issue, and assuming that the hub is a Mavic as well, the video will walk you through it nicely.
