got any vintage MTB stuff? Early 1990s CNC parts or red anodized? Syncros handlebars? Flite saddle? grey or gum MTB tires?

I generally avoid MTB, I know little-to-nothing about them and my last experience (12 years ago) was less than stellar.

Delta DG-S Laprade alloy. ~120mm insertion up to flutes, 200mm including flutes. Digital caliper pegs it at 27.06 dia, which I guess you could sand mildly to shave off that six-hundredth of a mm.

Sweet!! It will be moving from one Trekto another(400). I thought all the Treks were suppose to be 27.2 ?

Not sure. This is off an '87 330 Elance. If it's moving to a 400 Elance, should be roughly the same, both used Reynolds 531cs on the main tube from what I recall reading.

I've still got your address, I'll do my best to get this one out today.

Looking for flat bar stuff. My wife turned her nose up at the Deda Elementi cockpit on the road bike I built her. I need a flat bar, possibly some brake levers and grips. Could also use a 90-100mm stem. Quill or threadless. Let me know what you have.

Have: a bunch of newer road and some mountain stuff. A tiny bit of vintage as well. I'll make a list.

I now have had (2) 1984 Charcoal Gray Cannondale SM500 bikes ripped off. Would love to find another one - not that I'm nostalgic or anything..... Any condition will do. Thanks

I know this is a long shot, but I am ISO of a Trek 760 frame/fork from 85/86 in 52 or 54cm. Paint condition is not critical as I have a very specific plan for the bike. Missed one on eBay, just cant win against machine bidding.

Would consider a complete bike if pricing was decent with regards to build kit.

I have a 1981 Miyata 912 frame and a 1986 710, both 63cm. The 1986 is in very good condition, the 81 has a few more scratches but still looks amazing. I also have a full 9 speed ultegra 6510 group. Looking to work out a trade for something like a 56/58 soma double cross frame or a newer groupset.

Not all of 'em. My 1986 Trek 300 Elance built from Ishiwata EX 4130 tubing uses a 27.0 mm seatpost, too.

The original SR post from that bike, marked by the factory as 27.0, is in my parts bin and available if you need a fallback option. (I had to replace it because the head of the seatpost clamp is a little tall and contacted the underside of the saddle I wanted to use on that bike.)

Apparently a few did not get sent through the seat tube reaming station. The lit says all vintage Treks beside a few special models were 27.2

appreciate the back up but I'm sure Francophile has me covered!

The off-road bikes built with Reynolds 531 and 501 "All Terrain" tubing used 26.8mm seat posts.

Most U.S.-built Treks used a 27.2 mm seatpost, but frames for the '86 Elance 300 & 310 models were made in Japan.

Not just those models either. Many other 300 & 400 series models as well were assembled in Japan (like my '84 420). I'd have to check my seatpost diameter to confirm size difference though. More info: Vintage Trek - Steel Road Bike Timeline, Trek Bicycle Corporation

Oh, and the model 170 (Reynolds 753) used a 27.4mm post.

I am looking for a dust cap for a Raleigh Sports pedal. The outside end of the pedal (where the dust cap would be) is threaded. This is a 1970 Sports, so the pedals are pre-CPSC. The pedal axle is good, so a left side pedal with a bent axle would be OK as well.

I've got one - PM sent with details.

ISO: dura-ace stem cap. 10 speed 12-32 cassette. nitto/kalloy dirt drop stem in silver.

High flange front Campagnolo Record hub with skewer. The rear has the D ring skewer so ideally it would match.

At one time before the move I had some off a 68 sport. I will go look through the pedal bin for you.

Sorry, must have shlouffed them off sometime. All I have are 2 sets of the Regular Raleigh block pedals.

Did you get this pivot bolt/ i cant follow the 3-way trade convo to decipher "who's on first" but I DO have this bolt in my bag of donor Campy NR bits.

I could use a cheap but durable Shimano claw-type RD suitable for a juvenile 24" bike that will be poorly treated, it had a Shimano all-steel RD that got exploded by my friend's kid, who may have learned a lesson, but I doubt it.
