X fat boy hello.
Hello everyone. I'm a 51 year old married with children who has lost 140 lbs in a year. I am in the best shape of my life and just bought a used Trek 820 Singletrack. Never owned a good bicycle before. I thought riding a bike meant pushing it half the time and I have been too fat to ride for 30 years. Just getting my health back now and enjoying life.
I'm not hard core yet but I am building up and riding 3-5 miles every day since I got this excellent used bike for $100. I'm looking forward to learning all I can here and researching for my next bike as well as possibly trading parts and such.
Hope ya'll have a great day.
Randy
