I'm looking for an adaptor to go from 12 mm to 15 mm, looks like JoeJack951's ebay shop have what I need?
I'm looking for better wheels for my Salsa Warbird Tiagra (12mF/15m thru axles)

For almost all Salsa 15x100 forks you’ll want to order this kit: https://www.ebay.com/itm/114257283772

Salsa also has a 15x100 tandem fork which uses a very different kit of mine.

Awesome, thanks! I'll probably have my shop do the wheels and conversion, possibly a new front chain ring/chain.
