1" Quill to 1 1/8" adapter
I have a folder with a 1" threaded steerer and would like to put on a better folding stem, There are a lot of folding stems with levers that feel are kind of flimsy to me, The one I like is on my Downtube Nova, and I can buy one from Yan's website but it's 1 1/8" threadless. I don't think I will compromise strength I put a quill adapter on the steerer. Thoughts? Or has someone got a line to a solid 1" folding steerer?

You shouldn’t have any problem finding a threadless adapter online. I installed this one when updating the cockpit on my vintage Trek. Pretty solid piece of hardware IMO. Sorry, no experience with folding stems.
