I need to replace the Shimano centre lock rotors on my road bike.
Can anyone recommend a detailed/helpful website or YouTube video?
Also, do I need any special tools to get the work done?

You will need a cassette tool or an external bottom bracket tool, or both depending on the type of lockrings on your hubs.
