Great Oakley Customer Service

You folks may already know what great customer service Oakley provides but in case you don't, here is my experience. I have an old pair of Oakley M frames I bought many years ago. I recently started riding again and discovered the nose piece had deteriorated and ear end covers were gone. I looked up a replacement kit on the Oakley web-site then called, prepared to order them at a cost of$10 plus $7 shipping. The CS person pointed out they were replaceable under warranty coverage. Oakley shipped out two kits complete with nose pieces and ear end covers at no charge. They arrived today. What awesome customer service!

That's good to know. Makes me glad I sprung for a set of prescription Oakleys a few months back. I'm very pleased with them, and I'm impressed as heck with the optical clarity.
