I hear ya. If I'm already otherwise pretty clean it'll be like a 30-second or 1-minute shower before a ride, if I'm feeling in a hurry.

I'm kind of fascinated that I've always been just fine with some random body lotion down there under my bib, while others are worried about finding the "best" chamois cream, because whatever they're currently using isn't good enough or something. It's mostly just a lubrication thing to avoid chafing. How high tech does it need to be?

I personally wouldn't use petroleum jelly. Once that crap gets into the chamois there's no getting it back out.

Bag Blam is very good and It is antiseptic. It is tenacious though. Udder cream works good as well and is easier to get out. Yes I am a cow.
