Today I finally received a spare spoke to replace the one that I broke on my 2008 or 2009 10 speed Fulcrum Racing 1 right real wheel (made by Campagnolo). My LBS could not locate a spoke through Campagnolo, who said they were no longer in stock, except for a complete spoke kit (24 spokes) for $187, so I did an on-line search and found that the spoke was the same as on a 2006 Campy Eurus wheel. After another hour or two of searching, I finally found one for $23 (but, with free shipping!).

Rebuilding the wheels for my 68 Schwinn Twinn, I hope.
I hope I got the right sizes, calculator shot out some values longer than i would have expected based on what it's essentially replacing...

@malcala622 please provide a report on the tires. I hear good things. Right now I'm very happy with my Continental GP4000S-II tires in 28mm but I'm always interested in reports.
I've been riding Vittoria Corsas 23/25 for a year now and the things I noticed is banking turns on the streets are a delight. I feel they grip the road slightly better than Veloflex. A bit more delicate a tire but a strong one. Very good tire for 20mph rides.

Got these totally cool retro Strawberry toe straps, made in France by Toutan for Andy Newlands of Strawberry fame. They're made of two outer layers of translucent synthetic material sandwiching what appears to be a fabric inner layer with "Strawberry" spelled out in a stitched pattern. Really funky! Nice that they came with a pair of end buttons (screws provided: one Phillips and one standard!). All that for less than a Jackson 
Btw, there is another pair on that auction site, and the seller wants something nuts like $85. Uh, they ain't worth it when it comes to materials, but I dunno, maybe for scarcity? I can tell you I took this pair out of the packaging as soon as they arrived, so there's one less "mint in package" pair of these out there now

I just got a nice set of 3ttt black handlebars for my Medici. They are pantographed with the Medici lions on either side. When I bought my bike last year the handlebars had been changed out to GB which are real nice but not correct for this bike. It did have a black Cinelli 2nd gen. stem which I am hoping will work even if I have to do a shim. Someday maybe I will find the panto stem for this bike. Some guy on eBay has the set with real nice leather wrapping for $550 ! That’s way more than I paid for the whole bike! I only paid $23 for the bars, with shipping came to $32. Happy Fathers Day!!

I'll give them a try on the Medici - it has red highlights, so these might look somewhat appropriate. I don't know what to expect performance-wise; perhaps they will end up shelf items (if they don't perform)

I got a 2-pack of taillights for $15. Now the price is up to $18. They're good for the money and easy to use, but I'm not sure if I'm happy with the brightness.
