Help me identify part name

Hi all, I have an Electra Townie. The bike came with a machined cover that slides over the stem and covers the headset hardware. I love the way it looks and would like to get another one. Google has let me down so far. Does anyone know the proper name for that thing?

thank you!

Probably a silver OEM version of the cover for a Neco H112N It won't have a "proper" name as it's just a cosmetic cover. It's on page 21 of the catalogue here https://www.necoparts.com/en/page/E-catalog.html
You'd likely need to get it from Electra unless you want to buy an entire black headset.

The part you're looking for is the headset cover.
