Hello alliesandra and welcome to the Bike Forums.
You need ten post, spread over at least two days, before you can add pictures to your posts. This is a spam reducing ploy on the part of BF.
For us to help evaluate your bike, we need the pictures, a description of the bicycle including damage, rust, faded/scratched paint, etc. Also, market strengths are very different so we need to know where you live, approximately. Your marketing skills will have an impact on final value. My guess is that with all of that information, offered in a few more posts from you, and then we will be able to get all that we need to help.
Hope that is a help and, for what it is worth, I have sold bicycles by the pound (honestly) but I always got more than 55 cents a pound.

Thanks for the reply!
The bike just looks a little dirty, I can probably clean it.
Seat - Great condition
base of bicycle - only minor scruffs and scratches. The bike is white white brown and dark green accents. It was made in Ohio.
mirror - there's a mark on the reflection part, but I do not think it is rusty at all.
basket (behind the back wheel) - Functions, not rusted.
Handle bars - have a brown rubbery material. No damage.
What I added to the bike, but can easily be removed - from flower basket and bell.

I'm guessing that you want to sell it, if that's the case, post on the site that you want to sell it with a price of "best offer". You'll find out soon enough if it is a "hidden treasure".
